This Return Policy provides a comprehensive explanation of our policies regarding returns, refunds, and related matters for our digital products, including the Sugar Control Starter Guide, Protein Balance Handbook, Complete Balance Bundle, and any other digital materials we offer. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as it constitutes part of your agreement with us when you buy our products.
Understanding Digital Products
All products offered by Phefxirethak are delivered in digital format. This includes PDF guides, meal planning templates, shopping lists, and other downloadable materials. Once you complete your purchase, you receive immediate or near-immediate access to the product through a download link, email delivery, or access to a secure digital portal. Due to the nature of digital products, they cannot be physically returned in the same way as tangible goods. Once you have downloaded or accessed the materials, the transfer of the product to you is complete. However, we recognize that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we have established a refund policy to address such situations in a fair and transparent manner.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Time Limit: You must request a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date. The purchase date is the date on which your payment was successfully processed. Refund requests received after this period will not be considered, except in cases of technical failure on our part that prevented delivery of the product.
Limited Use: You must not have extensively used, downloaded, printed, or distributed the product materials. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we determine that the product has been fully accessed and utilized. For the Sugar Control Starter Guide, Protein Balance Handbook, or Complete Balance Bundle, we consider "extensive use" to mean that you have downloaded the full product and have had access to it for more than a minimal period.
Legitimate Reason: Your refund request must be made for a legitimate reason. Valid reasons include: accidental duplicate purchase (you purchased the same product twice), technical issues that prevented you from accessing or downloading the product, the product did not match the description provided on our website, or the product was defective or corrupted and we were unable to provide a working replacement. Change of mind after thorough use of the product is not generally considered a valid reason for a refund, though we may consider such requests on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
No Abuse: We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we believe are abusive, fraudulent, or made in bad faith. This includes but is not limited to: repeated refund requests from the same customer, requests that suggest the customer intends to use the product and then request a refund, or any attempt to obtain our products without paying for them.
Refunds are not available for the Sugar Control Starter Guide, Protein Balance Handbook, or Complete Balance Bundle after you have downloaded the full product and more than 14 days have passed since purchase. Partial refunds are not available for the Complete Balance Bundle when one or more components (e.g., the Sugar Control Starter Guide and Protein Balance Handbook) have already been accessed or downloaded. If you purchased a bundle and wish to return only one component, we cannot offer a partial refund; the entire purchase would need to be considered for refund if eligible.
How to Request a Refund

Your refund request must include the following information: (1) your full name as it appears on your order, (2) the email address used to make the purchase, (3) the date of purchase (approximate is acceptable if you do not have the exact date), (4) the name of the product(s) purchased (e.g., Sugar Control Starter Guide, Protein Balance Handbook, or Complete Balance Bundle), and (5) a brief explanation of your reason for requesting the refund. Providing order confirmation details or a transaction ID, if available, will help us process your request more quickly.
We will acknowledge receipt of your refund request within 2 business days and will complete our review within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution's processing times. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, while other payment methods may take longer. Once a refund is processed, your access to the product materials may be revoked, and you agree to cease all use of the materials and delete any copies you have made.
Exclusions and Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
Requests made more than 14 days after the purchase date; products that have been fully downloaded, accessed, and used for an extended period; requests based solely on a change of mind after you have had the opportunity to review and use the product; purchases made through unauthorized third-party channels, resellers, or platforms that are not officially authorized by Phefxirethak; products that have been shared, redistributed, or made available to third parties; or any situation where we have reasonable grounds to believe the refund request is fraudulent or abusive.
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to switch to a different product (for example, from the Sugar Control Starter Guide to the Complete Balance Bundle), you may request a refund for the original purchase if you are within the refund eligibility period, and then make a separate purchase of the product you desire. We cannot apply the value of one product toward the purchase of another or offer store credit unless we explicitly agree to do so in writing.
Technical Issues and Access Problems
If you experience technical difficulties accessing or downloading your purchased product, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. We are committed to ensuring that you receive the product you paid for. Common issues such as broken download links, corrupted files, or inability to open PDF files can often be resolved quickly. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue, including: resending the download link, providing the product in an alternative format (e.g., a different file type), or delivering the product through an alternative method such as email attachment. If we are unable to resolve the technical issue and you cannot access your product after our support team has attempted to assist you, we will offer a full refund regardless of the 14-day period. Please allow us the opportunity to help you before requesting a refund for technical reasons.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns or disputes before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider (e.g., your credit card company or bank). Chargebacks can result in additional fees and administrative burden for both parties, and they may lead to account suspension or other restrictions. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly through direct communication. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may dispute the chargeback with supporting documentation, including proof of purchase, proof of delivery, and records of our communications. In the event of a chargeback that we believe is unwarranted, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including suspending your access to our products and services and pursuing recovery of the disputed amount. We ask that you give us the opportunity to address your concerns before escalating to your payment provider.
Refund Processing and Timeline
Once your refund has been approved, we will process it as quickly as possible. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution. Some institutions process refunds within a few days, while others may take up to 10 business days or more. If you have not seen your refund after 14 business days, please contact us and we will investigate. Please note that we cannot control the processing speed of third-party payment processors or financial institutions. In rare cases, if a refund to the original payment method is not possible (e.g., the card has expired or the account is closed), we may need to arrange an alternative refund method, which could extend the timeline.
Effect of Refund on License
Upon receipt of a refund, your license to use the product is terminated. You agree to immediately cease all use of the product materials, delete any copies you have stored on your devices, and not retain or distribute any portion of the content. Continued use of the materials after receiving a refund constitutes a violation of our Terms of Use and may result in legal action. We trust our customers to comply with this requirement in good faith.

We may update this Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or business operations. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our products and services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
